Sir John Deane鈥檚 has once again cemented its reputation as the country鈥檚 leading sixth form 萝莉社, following another exceptional year of A Level and BTEC success.
82% of all A level grades awarded were A* – B, significantly exceeding the national average and surpassing last year鈥檚 record-breaking performance. The 萝莉社 also reached a new milestone, with聽53% of all entries achieving A*- A grades听补苍诲听20% securing the coveted A*聽grade.
BTEC students also delivered remarkable results, with聽91% of entries awarded Distinction or Distinction*. Impressively every student achieved at least a Merit, underscoring the 萝莉社鈥檚 commitment to academic excellence across all pathways.

Among the many standout accomplishments 54 students聽achieved straight聽A*聽grades across three or more subjects, while 299 students聽earned a clean sweep of聽A*, A or equivalent聽grades showcasing the depth of academic excellence across the cohort.
Many students are now preparing for their next chapter, having secured places at their聽first-choice destinations. These include some of the UK鈥檚 most prestigious universities, and a number of higher-level and degree apprenticeships.聽 Amongst those are 19 students who have secured highly competitive places at Oxford and Cambridge universities.
